Two roads

In the middle of the night I went with the two Marines that were put to guard me. They were the only ones who could help me in this situation and they were willing to help me.

I put on my dungarees and helmet, to protect me from any attack, but they were only wearing the clothes I gave them there. It was dangerous, they could suffer an attack from any creature.

I decided to be attentive to what was happening around me to protect them. I unsheathed my sword to concentrate on the movements of that place. The three of us carried oil lamps to better illuminate the place, although the moonlight helped us even a little with visibility.

Getting off the boat was a bit complicated, we had to choose a boat and the rest of the three of us had to get off. There were too few of us to make that effort. They worked hard to get us out of there. We almost got completely wet, but luckily we didn't. We had to paddle with the oars.
