It was a dark trap, and both of them fell on it. Not knowing what was waiting for them at the bottom of the valley. Immediately, Aamon grabbed Joven's right arm and held it. Aamon rapidly utilized his strength to thrust the lightning sword against the borders of the hole as soon as he was able to secure gripping Joven. This occurred as soon as he was allowed to do so.

As a result of Aamon's swift action, both of them were momentarily protected from falling further down the slope. Only the faint radiance of the lightning sword served as their source of illumination, and the environment around them was almost completely dark.

Neither Aamon nor Joven were able to see much of the area around them.
