Stan Gibson and Ling Tingzhe were sitting beside the bed where Trisha Graham was lying, they had finished administering treatment to her wounds in the best way they could and she was now sleeping as they waited for her to wake up. It was noon when they arrived at the Elite academy again. Entering through the gate of the academy so many students were awaiting their arrival. They had already received Callum Jones earlier in the day when he returned with the corpse of Rudo Walid.Callum Jones had already told them the lie which they were forced to believe. So they all had conceived the same belief and were angrily waiting for Sullivan and the rest of the crew that were sent out to bring back Stan so they would deal with him for killing Rudo or causing his death as the case may be.Just as they were entering the vicinity of the school, a group dragged Stan from the custody of the Sulliva, without asking any question or even responding to their salutation. Guzman was not expecting the knock to be from a student and most of all one who had just returned from outside the school premises with Sullivan Nathan. He asked immediately, “What are you doing here Tingzhe? Minute passed after Stan said those words, yet there was no response from Adoth and that made him feel very devastated that he saw himself as a failure once again. He was beginning to see himself from a different perspective after getting to know Adoth, the hope he lost was restored by Adoth but now all hopes were lost, and this time he did not only fail himself according to his view, he also saw it as though he failed the entire human race because a task was give given to him.Tears rolled down his cheek as he prepared his heart towards death as he knew that nothing could be done to stop the council from passing negative judgment upon him. Few minutes into the hearing, after Sullivan Nathan and two others that went outside the school with him had finished speaking based on what they knew, claiming that Stan was the one that killed Rudo. Stan Gibson was left in the hall while a lot of people exit to observe the break which was given as Sullivan led a crew with the leaders to investigate the corpse and confirm whether truly Rudo’s chip was harvested and when it was harvested.Ling and Trisha did not leave the hall as they were sure according to what they saw that Rudo was not harvested of his chip, so Sullivan’s claim was bound to be proved false. With everyone running up and down to see what had caused the explosion, Stan was left in the court still in chains. The judges who were also the heads of the academy had to put the school as their number one priority as they had a lot of young students to account for.Meanwhile, Trisha looked at Ling with a strange eye because of the words which he had said earlier about doing the unlawful thing just to make sure Stan was not killed.
