Her phone beeped with a message and Clarrisa picked it up and it was a message from Alex asking her out to dinner.Rolling her eyes, she flung the phone on the bed and continued looking at the documents she was reading. Aiden was already on his porch when Alex’s car drove into the driveway and in no time, he was already seated with Aiden who had a glass of whisky ready for him.“You came so fast”“You actually saved me from the clutches of Clarrisa. With a huge smile on her face, Clarissa turned in front of the mirror for the umpteenth time. The white gown looked so marvelous on her body, even her mum could not hold back her tears.“You look so beautiful, my dear” Mrs Gwendolyn couldn’t help but say, “I didn’t know I was going to see you get married, risa”“This is the happiest day of my life mum, “you don’t have to cry, okay?”The old woman gently pulled Clarrisa into her arms,“I am so proud of you, my love”The door gently pushed open and Dylan entered looking handsome and alluring In his black tailored suit. He wasn’t aware of when Gerald left the reception venue and now Bianca nor Aiden was not answering their call. It was already past ten when the black Bentley made a stop in front of the house and the newly wedded couple alighted. The smile on Clarissa’s face continued to widen as she saw how decorated the house was and how all his workers from the old house decided to welcome her with flowers and gifts.
