The servants who were there then placed one glass each in front of the two fighting men. Then, after they had put it, the servants withdrew.

As the glass contained water that had no color at all, the people who saw it began to speculate.

Aiden looked calm about it. Even he smiled because this was the easiest thing he could do.

"Gentleman, you two must guess the contents of your glasses. The one who guesses first and gets it right gets points." As Mr. Hugh spoke, he acted like a juryman who could be relied upon.
