After I healed my burned jaw, Aki's flames didn't hold back on me any longer or rather, Aki did not hold back on me any longer.

They were fast; almost faster than Aki.

I couldn't touch them or I was going to burn. They shouldn't touch me or I was going to burn.

The only thing I could do was hop around and dodge their attacks as fast as possible.

As the wielder of the ability, Aki could make his flames burn or save.

When he created the palm that saved Langrid when I pushed him off the fence, Aki's flames had saved.
