"We know, live with the director Roxanne, and at home, it is an honor, and more for a newly reincarnated boy in this life like you," said Ally's mother. 

Adrián was surprised, his gaze did not hide it. 

He was upset, clearly confused, he had spoken with Ally so that he wouldn't tell anyone about his secret, and now, his mother knew it. What kind of friend did that?

"By the way, where is Ally?" He asked, wanting to change the subject so that Ally's mother did not continue to insist on wanting to talk about the previous subject.

“He is in his room, he is fixing. It is his birthday, and we are going to celebrate it with a great party, we were about to look for you to invite you to the party, but you have advanced, so it happens. Welcome, ”said Ally's mother, speaking with joy as if nothing imported.

Without saying more, Adrián entered the house. He greeted Ally's father, his older brother, and asked permission to enter his room. The whole house smelled like a party. 

The house was decorated from partying with cheerful colors.

Adrián walked down the hall until he reached Ally's door. He stopped a second before playing. I didn't understand why I was nervous. She was her usual friend since she reached that new world, to that new life, but for some reason, she felt that something was going to change at that time.

He played twice.

"Pasa", Ally's voice was heard from the inside.

Adrián opened the door and then saw it.

The warm light of the lamp illuminated its figure delicately. Ally was on his back, ending up adjusting a couple of slopes. His hair fell into soft waves on his back, and the dress he wore was scored to his silhouette in an elegant and subtle way. It was nothing exaggerated, but for him, she had never been so beautiful.

For a moment, he was speechless.

Ally turned and looked at him with a smile. “What do you think? You can see it well?"

Adrián felt his heart beat faster than normal. I wasn't sure to answer. He forced himself to act naturally, as he always did.

"Yes, you look ... well," he said, although in his head the words did not stop repeating: *Not only good ... beautiful, precious ... *

Ally smiled sweetly. "Thank you. Come on, the party is about to start. "

He nodded and offered his arm in an almost unconscious gesture. Ally laughed and took it naturally.

While the stairs went down together, Adrián knew that something had changed inside him. But he said nothing. He continued as if nothing had happened. As if he did not fall in love with her best friend.

When they reached the end of the stairs, the music and the laughs of the guests flooded the house. Ally prepared to let go of her arm and join the celebration, but Adrián, without thinking too much, gently held her from the wrist.

She looked at him curious.

"Before you go with others ... I want to give you something," he said quietly.

Ally blinked surprised. "A gift?"

Adrián nodded. “But not here. Come. "

He guided her outside the outer courtyard of the house, dodging the guests who chatted animatedly. They left the back door and walked to a quiet corner of the garden, away from the hustle.

Ally watched him with expectation. "What is it about?"

Adrián extended his hand and closed his eyes. A slight blue glow began to shine in its palm, illuminating the space between them. Small sparks of energy swirled in the air until the light began to take shape.

When the magic vanished, in his hand there was a delicate necklace, with a star -shaped pendant made of shining blue.

Ally held her breath. "Adrián ... is beautiful."

He smiled nervously. “I did it with my magic. It is a delighted crystal, it is linked to me. As long as you carry it, I can always find you ... we will always be connected. "

Ally stared at him, without being able to hide the emotion in his eyes. Without realizing, their fingers closed on the pendant delicacy.

"Thank you," he whispered.

Adrián placed his necklace around his neck, his fingers brushing his skin. Ally felt a chill to travel his back, but said nothing.

For a moment, they were silent, looking into each other's eyes under the sun's rays. Something changed between them at that moment, something that neither of them still understood.

Ally broke the silence with a shy smile. "It will be our secret."

Adrián nodded.

Without knowing, at that time, their destinations were intertwined forever.

At that moment, the strangest thing happened that Adrián has ever lived in his life, but it was something that he himself promised that he would never forget. 

Ally kissed her cheek, and although they were children, Adrián knew that she would be the woman of her life.

Adrián and Ally had grown up, leaving their childhood behind, but without forgetting the memories that united them. Now, teenagers and aware of what they wanted in life, they trained together in the courtyard of the house of the director Roxanne, where Adrián. The noon sun fell on them while the swords collided strongly in the air, echoing with the echo of the metal.

Ally still wore the necklace Adrián had given him on his birthday, the blue glass star that hung from his neck shone with each agile movement he performed. It was his most precious amulet, the symbol of his link with him.

Adrián backed away a few steps, wiping the sweat from his forehead. "You are still improving," he said with a smile, although his agitated breathing betrayed the effort he had put in combat.

Ally smiled self-sufficiently, turning his sword with skill before lowering his guard. "Of course, I'm not going to let me overcome so easy."

Roxanne, who watched them from the threshold of the house with a cup of tea in his hands, let out a slight laugh. "Both have progressed a lot. Especially you, Adrián. You have proven to be an exceptional apprentice."

Adrián lowered the sword, but could not help smiling proudly at Roxanne's comment.

Roxanne considered him as her son, although she had not been her blood, she was sure that Adrián was the son she could never have. 

The boy had spent years training under his tutelage and the guidelines of the Dark Side Academy of Specialists, and he was learning to control his magic and ability with the sword. But, although he had improved considerably, Ally always remained at his level since he could recover.

"I still have a lot to learn," he replied, keeping his sword in the case. "But I don't plan to stay behind."

Ally launched a challenging look. "We'll see if you can reach me."

Roxanne drank a sip of her tea before speaking. “It's not about who is stronger, but how they use their strength. And something tells me that they will soon need everything they have learned. "

His tone, although calm, had a warning nuance. Adrián and Ally exchanged a look. It was not the first time that Roxanne hinted that something important was about to happen.

Before they could ask, an explosion resonated in the distance, shaking the ground under their feet. The sound came from the city center. Roxanne left his cup quickly and stood up, his expression now would be.
