Chapter 188; Honeymoon

About a week later, back in the sanctuary under the late afternoon sky… From the window of a room of a very tall, expensive looking apartment complex, the sound of children’s laughter and shout fills the air.

Inside the now toy scattered living room, a familiar white haired man in a hoodie and jeans sits criss-cross on the ground with funny hat on his head and a grin on his face.

“Okay, uncle Lefi.” Levi stifles a laugh as the one-and-a-half-year-old light skinned girl with a familiar Asian face smiles while handing out a large teddy bear to him. “You take care of Mista Fluffy.”

“Thank you, Miss Alice.” Levi said with an overdramatic bow that makes the girl laugh loudly before reaching down to pick a giant black gorilla toy.

“For you.” Alice said as she hands it to a similarly young dark-skinned boy with curly black hair and cute tiny glasses who huddles closer to Levi once he sees the toy. “It is good toy, Ales.” Alice said as she brings the toy closer but the boy moves further away.
