Chapter 187; The Silver Ghost

The time is 1:44 pm and the mildly hot afternoon sun falls down on the city of New York which bustles with activity.

From the loud horns of car trapped in a traffic jam, to the musicians playing music on the streets while children dance… to the two security guards standing in front of an expensive looking building.

The guards turn as four vehicles arrived and stopped some distance from the stairs to the building. Some more guards emerge from the cars, armed with guns and stand to wait for the short fat bald man that later emerges from the car with a ridiculously young and beautiful woman by his side.

The man smirks at the lady before moving with her towards the building… completely unaware of his feathery stalker.

A black feathered eagle, turns its head periodically as it stares at the man from a tree branch before flying up, circling the building.

But another strange thing about the bird is that not only was one of its eyes glowing with blue light… the other eye was more of a hum
