A great man once said… “when the cat’s gone, the mice will play” … This was the case in the world, following the death of the self-righteous tyrant, Rebirth and his commanders, the Inflictors.

Following the fateful battle against the Index, all the criminal organizations both known and hidden, emerged to spread their own flavour of chaos.

With the number of agents and trons lost to the Index during the months of fighting, they lacked the necessary man power to quickly subdue this new evil.

A year after the death of Rebirth, the chaos reached its peak, spreading to all four corners of the earth… but with more time, the weakened Index began to regain its strength, decreasing and hindering the activities of these organizations.

And although the process was slow, by another year, more than half of the world was already free from these new tyrants.

And amidst that chaos, one mystery that hanged in everyone’s mind were the identities of the men behind Rebirth’s downfall.
