Chapter 46; The Next Step

It was a chilled afternoon and the cool breeze blows through a peaceful forest in Ethiopia, Africa. But on one of the tallest trees, a blonde figure remains concealed.

A faint violet aura around her body as she stares out in the distance, using a small telescope to she focuses at the moving dust cloud speeding through the forest.

She monitors the movement of the cloud and turns to the predicted path where a forest clearing could be seen. 

“The target’s coming your way, Unit B.” She mumbled to herself as she watches the dust cloud speeding towards the clearing.

Meanwhile, the moving dust cloud was just the result of a stampede of bizarrely large greenish furred hyenas, their usual ‘laughing’ like sounds now replaced by their dral like growls as they stomp across the forest, the ground grumbling beneath them.
