Chapter Eighty-Seven

Madam Harriet and Stella paced around the office; they were in panic mode. Madam Harriet bit her lips and placed her hands on her desk; her feet tapped on the floor.

“Are you certain about this?” She wasn’t comfortable with what she just heard.

“I’m.” Stella sighed heavily. “She was tended to by Doctor Louis; do we have any troubles?” Stella raised a brow, and Madam Harriet exhaled sharply.

“I doubt.” She sighed heavily.

There was a sharp knock on the door, and she quickly told the person to come in, and the person turned out to be Louis. She exchanged knowing stares with Stella.

“How is my friend?" Stella acted as though her whole life depended on Amanda; Louis ignored her and faced Madam Harriet.

“She is fine. She has regained her memory.” He said he was certain of his statement because that was true.

Madam Harriet gasped, closing her mouth.

“Does that mean - - - Does that mean that she can remember? The - -” Madam Harriet confusingly rambled with words.
