Chapter Sixty-Nine

Richester was in the living room when Stewart walked in, he bowed. Shortly afterwards, his grandmother followed suit.

"You're here." Her voice was smooth and lively.

"Grandma." He made advances to stand but she flicked her hand in the air and he sat down.

"There is something I want you to meet." She smiled sweetly and bent over to him. "The lady to your shocking tides." Followed by her words in whispering form.

His eyes wide open as Stewart ushered a lady in and the lady turned out to be Zoey. He scoffed and cleaned his eyes as it was as though life was toying with him.

"Zoey?" He sprouted out of shock and his grandmother's gaze widened.

"Oh? You know her?" Her stare was anxious and intent.

"Of course." Zoey approached them, walking elegantly.

That was it, back again to steal timid Richester's heart.
