Chapter One Hundred & Forty-Seven

Inside a dilapidated building, Nathan was tied and dumped on the ground. Everywhere was dark and the room had a disturbing stench of dried blood.

Nathan was confused and didn't know the crime he committed to be in this situation.

“Is anyone there?” Nathan called out.

His eyes were blindfolded so he couldn't see anything.

His blindfold was suddenly ripped off vigorously. He opened his eyes to see the same huge man that carried him earlier.

“What do you want from me!” Nathan screamed.

His words only echoed without a single response.

“Hey! I am asking you a question!” Nathan said angrily.

Still no response.

And then the man he bumped into surged towards him with so much ease. He had a scary expression on his face that made Nathan squirm involuntarily.

“Why are you causing so much ruckus?” Mr Graham asked in a cool tone.

“I haven't done anything wrong so let me go!” Nathan exclaimed.

He tried not to show that the man's presence was intimidating.
