Chapter One Hundred & Thirteen
"Failures!" Madam Felicia gnashed her teeth in anger.

Madam Felicia stood in her opulent office in the mansion, frustration engraved on her face. She wasn't satisfied with the news outcome after Martins had bragged to her face. The plan had backfired, causing embarrassment instead of the intended humiliation. She scolded Martins sternly, her voice filled with annoyance.

"Martins, how could you be so foolish?" She scoffed, her tone sharp.

"I warned you not to meddle in my business. There are other ways to get him to pay us back and not waste money!" She yelled at his face which had no remorse.

Martins shifted uncomfortably under his mother's gaze.

"I'm sorry, Mother," he muttered, reluctantly.

"I didn't think it would turn out like this. I was just trying to prove myself." Martins grunted and she sighed.

"Proving yourself doesn't mean embarrassing yourself, Martins," Madam Felicia said angrily. No matter how she tried to control her emotions, she wasn't happy with him.
