Chapter Twenty-Four

Because of his experience and knowledge, Jamal was appointed to follow other seniors of C-Gaming to recruit fresh talented breeds into the firm. He was in the auditing room, scanning and interviewing applicants strictly.

“Sir, how about $100,000?” Some applicants boldly tried to bribe him but he refused curtly.

He sighed heavily since he had not been able to employ a single person. All the applicants were coming for flimsy reasons and had 30% idea and knowledge about technology which didn’t pique his interest.

“Food, handsome men, salary, bribery.” Those were the reasons some of his applicants gave him and he sent them out notwithstanding.

“Next!” He drank his bottle of water and attempted to pick up the list on the table when he saw a familiar name and quickly looked up.

“What?” He sneered in shock and disbelief. He looked at the lady standing before him and back at the passport on the applicant’s resume.

“It’s me, you don’t have to look excessively before you go blind.” Audrey hiss
