An Unknown Enemy

Ian stepped back after handing over a huge amount of food to Rianne and wished her a nice dinner before he returned back to his seat.

"Is that a space ring?"

"Hm? Oh yes."

Erza asked, curious. She had never seen one before in her life. The only time she heard about them was when reading a history book. They were pretty hard to find and could be counted with one's fingers.

"The food stored remained hot?"

She asked, naturally curious.

"Yes. Hot remains hot and Ice never melts."

Ian answered as he took out a bowl of shaved ice and a bowl of hot soup both at the same time. One was steaming hot while the other was freezing cold.

"Would you like to try some?"

"Can I?!"

She came closer and took a closer look at the food, easily getting distracted from the ring that she was initially curious about.

"Sure."
