The shadow Vanguards are a very powerful villain group that has been existing for quite some time now. They first began as a small group of villains several years ago, then they disappeared without trace.

However, a few months back, they arrived again and took down the Grimoire, a more powerful group. At the moment, they are the most sorted out Villain group as they have taken the lives of so many heroes in such a short amount of time.

The true leader of the Shadow Vanguard hasn't been revealed, but some say he has similar powers as the president of CGH, earning him the title of Super Villain.

However, the shadow Vanguard has a lot of leaders, who take over a group of weaker villains. The one standing in front of the heroes right now, is one of them and somehow, he is the weakest.
