**Matrix agency base, NYC**"I... I did it," Anon whispered to himself, a sense of accomplishment filling his heart. He had faced imminent death, fought through countless blows, and emerged victorious. Suddenly, Anon dropped to the floor weak and exhausted from the fight then he fainted. Robert and Christen reunited and then searched around for Anon and Matthew and they found each of them lying helpless on the ground, fast asleep, so the carried them and put them on their respective beds.Robert and Christen locked up the intruders that survived the battle after they had a brief interrogation with them, but they could not get any meaningful information from them because they both claimed not to be aware of what was stolen. In few minutes they all had suited up, each in their own suits. Matthew quickly made his suit in the XRS chamber, while Jeff used the back up suit he made for himself. They all set out in a van provided by the Matrix agency NYC base, and in a couple of minutes, they had reached ConCo. They all raced into the building and since the building was 100 stories high, they decided to split up to cover more ground.Since they were six and the building was a hundred stories high, they splitter it into six among themselves. Matthew was to take the first sixteen stories, Jeff the next sixteen, then Arachnid the next seventeen, then Robert the next seventeen, then Christen the next seventeen and finally Anon would take the last seventeen.Each of them were to search for Conrad in their own portions, and stop any of Conrad's guards from leaving and going to protect Conrad. Meanwhile, as Christen arrived at the sixty sixth floor, she noticed that the whole place was a wreck. There was blood all over the walls of the place and all the people on that floor were dead, they each either had their heads decapitated or had a huge chunk of fleash bitten out of their necks or what resembled claw wounds all over their bodies. As she went on further, she threaded cautiously because she had no idea what she was up against. As she kept on examining each room, she a lady who eating the dead body of one Conrad's workers. Meanwhile as Robert arrived at the forty ninth floor , he evacuated everyone in the floor, and then he progressed into the fiftieth floor, but just as the elevator door opened and Robert stepped his feet unto the floor, a silver knife came hurdling at him. Luckily for him, his enhanced reflexes kicked in just in time, and he dodged the knife, but instead of hitting the wall of the elevator, the knife paused in the air and returned back to its owner.Robert then conjured a bow and and arrow, and set the arrow on the bow, ready to be fired. Then he quietly waked into the fiftieth floor and kept himself on guard because he did not know when next his mystery opponent would strike. Meanwhile, as Arachnid arrived at the thirty second floor, the whole floor looked deserted so he began using his x-ray vision to scan the entire floor to see if there was any body there. Suddenly he caught a glims of someone running around the place, then he began chasing after the person, to see who it was.As he went on further, he started calling out to the person because he thought it was probably one of the workers of Conrad, who was afraid of him. As he kept on following each room, he did not notice when the person climbed the ceiling of the room and jumped down on him with a fierce punch.Bam!Arachnid was sent down do the ground by the person's punch. Meanwhile, as Jeff arrived at the sixteenth floor, he quickly evacuated everyone from that floor, then he made it to the seventh floor and evacuated everyone from there, then to the eighteenth and he did the same, but just as he got to the nineteenth floor, he noticed it was empty, and the whole place was scattered as if everyone left there running away from something.Jeff decided to search around that floor, maybe he could find what made everyone leave that floor in that manner. As he searched around the place, he noticed a trail of blood leading him to one of the offices, so he followed it, and just as he entered the office the blood trail led to, he saw the most horrific sight he had ever seen.Just there in the room, was the body of a dead man, with his eyes plucked out and left to dangle off his eye socket, the dead man also had his intestine pulled out of his body through his mouth and a high chunk of flesh had been beaten out of different parts of his body.Jeff looking at thi
