There was someone else who was angry with Jake's existence. That person was Amelia. This useless son in law of hers had outsmarted her and stolen her company from her. There was no way in hell she was going to let him get away with it. It didn't matter to her that he had gotten the best lawyers in the country to sign and seal the document. She was going to get the company back in her own way.

She recalled the stunned look on her children's faces that day she announced that the company had been bought by another person. Everything came rushing to her memory as if it happened that day.

“Mum! What happened in there? How can you say that someone else has bought the company? After all our hardwork and effort to get this exhibition put together. The proceeds alone would have made us one of the top five wealthy families!” Josie cried.
