This well dressed man stepped out of the car and was ushered into the room. He was shown to the seat that was reserved for him, which was beside Lauren. As she saw the man approach, she was lost in his beauty and made up her mind to do everything possible to keep him. She loved him already. She smiled warmly at him and her lips parted ever lightly as she said the words,

“Hello.”

Jake didn't return the smile but he responded flatly,

“Hello.”

Her heart skipped a beat as she heard his voice. His voice was so nice and deep! Now that he was close to her, she observed him closely, not wanting to miss any detail of his handsome face and body. His clothes screamed wealth and he had an air of nobility around him. She looked at him, almost striping him naked with her eyes.
