(Richard’s POV)

I didn’t know what came over me.

All I knew was that I saw the sun seek to destroy us and I shot at it.

No, wasn’t it just at Leah?

I could have turned and fled immediately, after all, it was a sun!

I still recall what was said about the sun.

It was a fiery ball of gases that exuded heat encompassing an entire space larger than even the Earth.

That was already quite fearsome.

Even though this was a fake sun, it didn’t mean that I could just face it head on.

So running was the right choice but to where exactly?

I couldn’t figure it out.

Of course it’s not like shooting it would help.

It was a sun!
