Entry 116

I was unsure how to feel.

While I sat on my butt, quaking in my boots, two women had stood up to help me.

Even as they were terrified, they didn’t back down and instead, dared to push forward.

Once again, I had to wonder if it was right to consider me a hero in the face of such people.

But then again, this wasn’t the time to soliloquize.

I would do that later.

Right now, I can’t let the girls have all the fun, right?

Just then, the Headmaster rose to his feet and glared at Leah.

Standing upright, he was clearly a foot taller than her, causing Leah to strain her neck to meet his eyes.

She took a step back but no more than that.

His aura was indeed terrifying but regardless… she stood her ground.

“Hoh, little girl, how about repeating what you said again?” The Headmaster remarked casually, his voice carrying an underlying hint of danger.

“i… I said you can’t harm us.” Leah muttered.

“I see.” The Headmaster turned to Isabella, causing her to stiffen. “And why can’t I harm you lot?”
