Sabito arched his eyebrows while he continuously shot a deadly glare at the principal who had made such an utterance.

‘I won't leave here until I get to the bottom of this.’ Sabito frowned his face with bitterness streaming from his heart. He decided he was going to teach that school a big lesson they won't forget.

“Listen carefully y’all! I will not leave here unless justice is served.” Sabito’s face gleaned without remorse. He clenched his fist while the wave of breeze blew through his face. The air tussled some strands of his hair, giving him a look that added a bit of ruggedity to his youthful face. He gritted his teeth and stood rigidly. He was ready to condemn the school to their death.

“What justice are you speaking of? You littered the ground with lies and forced the students to stop writing their exams. We have searched each student and there were no cheating papers found. I think I am being lenient right now. The likes of you should be arrested and taught a bitter lesson.” He spoke with a fierce tone while he angrily started pressing his phone to dial a number.

Sabito stood where he was, unfazed by any of his actions. “You can call anyone you want to. I am very sure of what I saw. It is not my fault that your students are smarter than you are.” Sabito spoke elegantly which made the principal question himself.

‘He seems to be sure of what he saw. What if it's the truth?’ As he queried, the number he dialled went through and the recipient picked up the call.

“Hello, sir. How can we be of help to you?” The police officer spoke with a rigid voice laced with underneath excitement. The police officer knew the gain he was going to get from just attending Stance calls.

“I want you in Beverly Hills right away. Make sure you come with more than five policemen.”

After Stance had given his words, he ended the call and faced Sabito. “Since you won't stop being a nuisance. I just called the police and they will be here in a few minutes.” He said with high intentions that Sabito was going to learn his lessons the hard way.

“I will call the founder of this school right away. He should have gotten all the evidence of the students cheating their way in.” Sabito stood his ground while he spoke. His skin oozed out some proportions of sweat, making it glisten as it caught the morning sunlight.

Stance scoffed while he glanced at Sabito from his head to his toe. “How can a person of your status have the contact of the founder of this school? Just stop fooling yourself and get out of here already!” He spoke with mockery.

But Sabito shot a deadly glare at him after his words. He put his phone on his ear when he realized the founder had indeed picked up the calls.

“Hello, I sent some evidence to your SMS. Did you get it?” Sabito asked with an air of peaceful breath.

“Yes. Where did you get that from?” He asked with surprise laced underneath his voice.

“The students at Beverly Hills are cheating their way into the school. I communicated this to the principal but he chose to side with the students. Can you be on your way already? Right now, the school is in chaos.” As soon as he was still speaking with the founder, James, the supervisor snatched the phone from him and smashed it on the ground.

“Enough of all these! Who do you think you are? We have instructed that you leave with your kid sister and since you've dared to defile, you will surely face the consequences of your actions.” James' voice was solid and harsh.

Sabito stood transfixed with shock by James's audacity. “Have you no shame? Pathetic fool! You dare to take bribes from students and allow them to cheat their way in. I promise you that you are going to lose your job today!” Sabito spoke with pride as if he was the owner of the school.

“I do not have the strength for this banter.” James faced Stance, “is the police almost here?” He asked, shooting a sharp gaze at him.

“They will be here soon.” Stance responded sharply. Rage was all over his face.

While Sabito was rigidly watching James and Stance. Giselle came along. She held the hand of her brother. Feeling the warmth from Giselle's hand, Sabito's attention was called. He looked downwards to see the face of his little sister.

“What is it, Giselle?” Sabito asked cleverly.

“There is no reason to cause a scene. Let us go home.” She said with fear laced underneath her tone.

Sabito looked into her eyes and all he saw was fear. He poked her forehead with a feigned smile. “That is not going to happen, Giselle. I am going to fight this to the end even if it means ending up in jail.” Sabito had made up his mind after all. He spoke to his younger sister.

Giselle grunted with displeasure. But she already knew who her brother was and he wouldn't change the decision he had made.

“You do not need to convince him, kid. You and your brother are going to learn the hard way!” Stance spoke with a concrete voice.

“Stop being too full of yourself. You will be the one to learn the hard way instead. Just wait and see.” Sabito spoke with an ambiance that surprised the principal.

‘This boy is so stubborn and I hope it wasn't the real founder he called earlier. If not, I am doomed.’ James bit his nail and he hoped the police would get to him as fast as they could.

Bang! Bang!

Policemen bangs the school aggressively before the gateman opens the door.

Eight policemen walked into the compound, each of them with handcuffs that are firmly secured to their waists. “I received your call, Mr Stance. Who is causing a nuisance here?” He asked with a sworn rigid voice.

“That's the fool standing with his younger sister. Arrest both of them and charge them for slander.” Stance expressed with a fierce voice.

The police officer turned and he faced Sabito who was standing fearlessly.

“Arrest him!” He ordered.

The police officers marched forward, enclosing Sabito. Sabito grunted with displeasure.

“Hold up! As the officer of the law, you shouldn't believe or act with impulse. Do you even know what happened?” Sabito spoke with a deep voice making the police officers hold on.

“What happened?” The police officer asked while he arched his eyebrows. Even though this person looked like a mere boy, his aura is just something he couldn't fathom.

“The students in this school are cheating their way in and I reported it to the principal. But he wouldn't believe me.” Sabito spoke innocently. It was more like he was helping the school scale higher.

“Shut the hell up, Lunatic! I personally ordered a search and after the search, nothing was found. Just arrest him already, officers. I am disgusted by his presence!” Stance hurled those words aggressively.

“Before you can proceed to arrest me. Search the students by yourself. Make sure it's a thorough search and if nothing is found, you will have to wait for the founder to arrive.” Sabito spoke with an imposing voice.

“What are you still waiting for, Officers? Do not listen to anything from him. Just arrest him already!” James spoke aggressively. Intending to hide his crimes forever.

Thump!Thump!!Thump!!!The shoe sound of a school boy echoes in the concrete floor of oaken high. His forehead is sweaty, dripping down his name and then to his neck. He tried so much to concentrate on the sound his shoe was making, but it didn't do well to drown out the thumping of heart. The sound was quickly replaced by the beat of his already scared and frightened heart. “What was the need of coming to school anyway?” He thought with a lowered head, clenching the strap of his school bag so hard that his nails dug into his palm even though they were short. Thinking about his school bag, it couldn't feel anything, right? If he could just… just turn into his school bag, then maybe he might have found a way to escape this stupid life. Of course, his life is stupid and full of vicissitudes he had no power over. Not even his damned school bag could escape it. It also suffers, miserably, just like its owner. Sabito thought that moving here would make it any easier. He thought that

Those eyes were watching and waiting…waiting like a vulture sizing up a dying thing in the desert. Sabito swallowed hard, his throat dry as sandpaper. His feet felt glued to the floor, his limbs tight with the awful push-and-pull of fight-or-flight. But Sabito knew that flight wasn't an option just like the other times. Not when their shadows stretched long before him, cutting off every possible escape. Moreover, he knew how his flight decisions ended. Injured and more punishment than they had intended. His fingers twitched as his sides. Stupid, useless things. His breath turned shallow and fast. His chest felt too tight, his ribs suddenly a cage locking him in his very own terror. Sabito's eyes widened when Jasper took a slow, lazy step forward, dragging out the moment and making it turn into an eternity. “Where ya going, Sabito?” His voice was sickly sweet, almost gentle. But Sabito knew better to let down his guard because his smile—his smile was sharp enough to cut him. Sabi

Sabito could call out for help… he could—Jasper's fingers pressed harder against his jaw, just enough to make his decision for him. Not enough to choke, or leave a mark, but enough to leave a warning, a promise that if he makes as much as an attempt to call for help, he'll regret it. “Think it's a teacher?” Ethan.“Maybe, maybe not.” Mike said, and then he finally pushed off the lockers and stretched lazily. “If it is, then, he'd be real lucky, huh?” But Sabito didn't think so, because the footsteps stopped. A shadow stretched across the floor, just around the corner. Someone was there. Right there. Sabito clenched his fists, which attracted another low, gruttal warning. “Go ahead,” Jasper whispered, a slow mocking drawl. “Call for help. See what happens.” “Nah…” Ethan chuckled under his breath. “Bet he won't. He's too much of a coward.” Those words struck Sabito like a thunderbolt. Mr Hampton narrowed his eyes again, his voice cold. “I asked you a question, Sabito.” Sabito swallowed. “I'll be…I'll be expelled.” The words alone felt heavy and final, making his stomach twist in his own disgrace. Mr Hampton gave a slow, and deliberate nod, like he was allowing the weight of the statement to sink in. “That's right. Expelled. No second chances, no repeats.
