James, in desperation, hurled every crystal he had into the glowing formation. Even the rare gilberk-tier crystals were offered up, but the insatiable formation greedily consumed them without any sign of stopping. He clenched his fists, frustration etching lines on his face.

The others stood watching, hesitant but unwilling to let him bear the burden alone. Sam, rolling his eyes but stepping forward nonetheless, broke the silence.

"Even though I’d love to punch that smug face of yours, you’re still my brother. Guess I’ll help," he muttered, tossing his own stash of crystals into the formation.

The others, spurred by Sam’s reluctant generosity, began to empty their own collections. One by one, they offered up their reserves. Crystals glowed and dissolved into the formation, feeding its ravenous energy. The ground trembled faintly as the magic surged, yet the formation remained unfulfilled. Every last crystal had been consumed, leaving them at a loss.

“It’s still not enough,” Jam

"The further we go, the harder it becomes," Lucin muttered, his voice heavy with exertion. He wrenched his long sword free from the carcass of a beast, its blood sizzling off the blade in the humid air. The battlefield lay in silence, the only sounds those of distant winds and the occasional rustle of leaves. "I think this place is clear. We should move on to the next phase now," he said, glancing around as he cleaned his blade. When no response came, he furrowed his brow but moved forward regardless. Just as he took his next step, the ground trembled. A shimmering portal tore open in the air before him, releasing an overwhelming, swirling force. The pull was immediate and fierce, like the hands of a storm clawing at his body. His boots scraped against the earth as he struggled to maintain his footing. "We have to get out of this place right now!" he bellowed, his voice barely audible over the roaring wind. He turned to his companion—but something darted past him in a blur. Lucin

The clash of steel echoed through the air, accompanied by the resounding boom of explosions in a remote, desolate land. The atmosphere rippled with waves of distortion, the chaotic energy seemingly tearing the world apart. “If we keep this up, we’ll burn out, and that will be the end of us,” Lucin shouted, his voice straining to rise above the chaos. Relentlessly, he attacked, focusing on the hydra’s heads, but finding no opening. The beast’s relentless assault left him frustrated. “Cut this head off already—it’s driving me mad!” Vondrel shouted, dodging the bladed appendage of one of the hydra’s heads as it lashed out at him with lightning speed. Its attacks allowed him no moment to breathe or plan his next move. “Stop complaining and make an opening for me!” Lucin retorted, irritation creeping into his voice. Vondrel darted to the creature’s side, closing the distance quickly. The hydra’s bladed head tracked him, swinging with deadly precision, aiming to bisect him. Forced

Lucin stood in the vast, white expanse, a blank canvas that seemed to stretch into eternity. His mind churned with questions as he examined his surroundings. “The last time I was in a place like this was when I entered the ancestral door,” he muttered, scanning the area with narrowed eyes. The stillness of the space only amplified the flood of thoughts rushing through his mind. Is this finally my way out of the separate dimension? Am I about to see the outside world? What does it look like? Will I finally reunite with my brother and family? A smile briefly softened his face, hope flickering like a fragile flame. But before he could savor the moment, he sensed something. His instincts kicked in, and he dropped into a crouch just as a fireball zipped over his head, its heat brushing past him. “What the…” he muttered, rolling to the side to create distance. Rising cautiously, his eyes darted around. “I thought this was a passage home. What is this?” His expression darkened as

“Ahh, that hurts,” Vondrel muttered, grimacing as he forced himself to his feet. Blood trickled down his chest from a deep gash, staining the pristine white ground beneath him. “This is getting more annoying,” he growled, wincing in pain as he reflected on how things had escalated to this point. --- “What’s with this dimension and all these endless white spaces?” Vondrel muttered, scanning his surroundings with wary eyes. His body was heavy with fatigue, the exhaustion of his previous battles still weighing him down. ‘Lucin isn’t here. Is this just another trap, or is there a way out like before?’ he wondered, releasing his consciousness to heighten his perception. He extended his senses outward, searching for any weak spot in the endless white mass or a connection to the outside world. Suddenly, he felt a presence. His instincts flared, and he crossed his arms just in time to block a powerful impact that sent him skidding backward. “Now, now… aren’t you being a bit too aggressi

Lucin’s unconscious body was encased in a floating, translucent sphere, suspended in stasis. Meanwhile, Vondrel found himself plunged into an endlessly warping dark void. The shifting space felt strangely familiar, triggering an unsettling sense of déjà vu. “Just show yourself already,” Vondrel growled, his voice heavy with irritation. “I don’t have time for this.” He waited, standing in the disorienting expanse, his patience wearing thin. Despite his heightened senses, there was no response—no movement, no energy signature, just the ceaseless warping of space. Vondrel clenched his fists, frustration bubbling within him. Is this some kind of endurance test? he wondered, his thoughts brimming with exasperation. Why does this feel exactly like the chaos I experienced during my transmigration? Can't they give me a break? Glancing down at his bruised, battered body, Vondrel grimaced. His usually rapid healing had slowed, his strength visibly waning. He heaved a weary sigh, realizi

Intricate patterns and carvings adorned the walls, depicting swirling wyverns and fierce battles from eras long past. The air itself felt heavy with power, carrying a faint, almost melodic hum that resonated through the chamber. The centerpiece of the room was an imposing throne set upon a raised dais, commanding attention as if it were the heart of the realm. The throne was carved from a shimmering obsidian-like stone, its surface interwoven with veins of glowing blue that pulsed faintly, reminiscent of a heartbeat. Its design was both elegant and brutal, with sharp edges and fluid curves blending seamlessly. Behind the throne loomed a towering wyvern carved from the same stone, its wings

“Drink,” she offered, raising her own cup. Vondrel hesitated, watching as she took a long, deliberate sip. Then, cautiously, he brought the cup to his lips. The moment the liquid touched his tongue, his senses lit up. The initial taste was a harmonious blend of sweet and tangy, reminiscent of the juiciest summer fruit. A warmth followed, spreading through his body like liquid sunlight, soothing his battered muscles and clearing his mind. Beneath the sweetness was a subtle, smoky complexity, paired with a cooling herbal finish that lingered on his palate. It wasn’t just a drink; it was an experience. “What is this?” he asked, his voice almost reverent. “A gift of the ancients,” she replied, her eyes twinkling with amusement. “An elixir crafted from celestial fruits and the purest springs of the earth. Visiting The Kiwi Clan The makeshift refugee camp bustled with activity. Students of Evercoast Academy, freed from their Lizardmen captors, were now helping their former enemies set up shelter. Tents were fashioned from large leaves, patches of muddy ground were reinforced with earth magic, and injured Lizardmen were being treated with what little healing resources they had. The humans and the reptilian natives, once at each other’s throats…were now working together, bound by a newfound understanding of survival. James, Sam, and Timmy stood at the edge of the camp, overseeing the work. "Who would’ve thought we'd end up babysitting a bunch of lizards?" Timmy mused, crossing his arms. "Who would’ve thought you’d be this useless at it?" Sam shot back. "They’re doing all the work while you just stand here looking pretty." Timmy rolled his eyes. "Not my fault I wasn’t built for manual labor." James smirked. "Yeah? Then what were you built for?" "Style. Charm. Intelligence…" "Usele

The moment the message registered, stunned silence rippled through the competing students across the planet. A boy from Whispering Willow Academy squinted at his wristband. “What the hell?” A girl beside him frowned. “Saving aliens? I thought we were just trying to survive!” “Yeah! Why the hell is Evercoast ahead? I’ve been out here fighting for my damn life, and you’re telling me we were supposed to be rescuing those ugly bastards?” Another student shouted in frustration, kicking a nearby rock. At first, most of the competitors had assumed the goal was endurance—outlasting the horrors of this

  • Chapter 100: LIZARD LADY

A chorus of alien wails echoed through the cavernous expanse of the underground lair, sending ripples of sound that made the very walls tremble. The massive cave, dimly illuminated by eerie bioluminescent fungi, pulsed with chaos. Lizardmen of various sizes lunged at the four young humans, their weapons glinting under the faint glow. Noah spun, dodging an incoming spear thrust and countered with a wave of searing heat that forced his attacker to stumble back, hissing. Nearby, Sam unleashed a concussive burst of wind, sending a group of Lizardmen flying. Timmy used his water ability to create an arc of liquid that solidified into sharp icicles, pinning some attackers to the walls. Meanwhile, James weaved golden patterns in the air, forming defensive formations that deflected incoming blows. Yet, despite their prowess, the Lizardmen just kept coming. “Are they brain-dead or just masochists?!” Sam yelled as he kicked one of the creatures square in the chest, sending it sprawling. “Ho

The weight of their predicament pressed down on them like a suffocating blanket. He turned to Sam and Timmy, his expression tightening. They stood there, unmoving, like empty husks of the people they once were. Their once vibrant faces had become pale and sickly, their eyes clouded with something deeply unsettling….pain, exhaustion, something beyond simple fatigue. They looked… lifeless. Their faces were pale, their expressions hollow. The once lively, loud, and reckless duo now stood like empty shells, weighed down by something none of them could fully grasp. James swallowed hard. “We haven’t found anyone. Not even our own.” His words felt heavier than they should have. Noah, who had been pacing like a restless beast, suddenly stopped. The location they were all transported was far from the inhabitants’ settlement. The air, crisp and cool, carried a faint, unfamiliar fragrance…like morning dew mixed with something… electric. The sky above was a soft gradient of deep cerulean and lavender, unlike anything they had seen on Earth. Towering above them were two moons: one large and luminous, casting a brilliant blue hue over the landscape, and a smaller, darker moon that hung ominously, as if watching in silence. CONTINOUS TRAINING The days that followed the start of their training were relentless. The initial thrill of being selected for the competition had faded, leaving only the bruising weight of expectation and exhaustion. The sumulator’s training fields, a vast expanse of unforgiving terrain, became a constant reminder of the harsh truth: only the strongest would survive the upcoming competition. Noah, James, Timmy, and Sam quickly found themselves caught in a never-ending cycle of battle simulations, each day a new test of their strength, endurance, and wits. Stelio pushed them harder than they had ever been pushed before. The constant failures and grueling hours in the field laid bare their weaknesses, but with each failure, they rose again, determined to improve. • Chapter 95: TRAINING SIMULATOR

TRAINING SIMULATOR The silence in the dormitory stretched for what felt like an eternity. The night was still young, but the academy grounds were alive with murmurs and low voices, the buzz of students overwhelmed by the lingering weight of the day’s announcement. Inside the small room, four first-years sat in near-perfect stillness, each one grappling with the same brutal truth—that they had just been told to prepare for something more dangerous than any of them had ever imagined. It was a game. And in this game, some would die. Noah, the most composed of the group, was the first to break the silence, though not in the way anyone expected. He didn’t speak, not at first, but ran a hand through his messy dark hair, his eyes fixed firmly on the ceiling as if searching for answers in the cracks above. He had always been the solid rock of their group, the one everyone looked to for guidance, but even he seemed shaken tonight. Sam, ever the fidgety one, tapped absentmindedly at the Wind

THE RECKONING APPROACH The air inside the grand hall was thick with tension, the weight of unspoken anxieties pressing down on the thousands of students gathered within. Conversations buzzed through the space….hushed whispers, nervous chuckles, the occasional boast from those who thought themselves untouchable. Then, suddenly…… "Silence!" The voice that rang out was like a thunderclap, instantly killing the murmur of voices. The students, whether seated in the front or far back, turned their attention to the raised podium. For those too far to see clearly, massive screens provided a close-up of the imposing figure standing before them. A man in an ash-colored suit, worn without a tie and with the top buttons of his shirt undone, surveyed the crowd with cold, calculating eyes. His ash-colored hair was streaked with silver, and his broad shoulders carried the authority of someone who had long since abandoned patience for results. "You are all aware of the upcoming All-Academy Compe
