To put his family's lives in danger by telling them the truth... was it really worth it?

Constantine thought about it for a moment before he came to a conclusion.

Whether it was worth it or not, was not up to Constantine to decide. No matter how things turned out, even if dangers really were going to come after them, then Constantine's family had the right to know exactly what they were likely to encounter.
