Why did Constantine come up with the idea of devouring other worlds?
Well, the answer to that is simple... it is because in the memories he inherited from Ruger, while Constantine was trying to figure out a solution to the problem plaguing the hypothetical world, a memory suddenly sprang in his mind.
In this memory, there were records of sentient worlds that had already developed a kind of will of their own and liked to invade other worlds in order to plunder the origin of other worlds and assimilate it into their own to make their own origins stronger.
The origin of a world was a kind of base law that governed all the aspects of any world. It was what determined the kind of system of law, a world adopted in all facets of life and existence.
Think of world origin as the source code of a world and by plundering the origin of another world you were actually stripping said a world of their sources code and using it to update and optimize your own source code
