Awakened or not, Arifin still has his limit. He tore a few of his muscle fibers in his right hand and his left calf muscle. It’s not an injury because of the monster’s attack. It’s simply because of him forcing to use his body beyond its limit.

He will only be able to eat another blood crystal without side effects later in the late afternoon. So he just lets that injury untreated for the time being, while laying down on the bed without doing anything.

“Have you tried to call her?” asks Arifin to Tony, who is currently sitting on the window frame.

“It's not like you, suddenly ask about my girlfriend,” replies Tony trying to avoid that question.

“I’m just bored,” says Arifin.

Suddenly, Arifin’s facial expression changes like he feels something different. He hears his mom accepting a guest. And he clearly hears that the guest is asking for a chance to meet him.
