Benjamin nodded his head slightly. “Exactly.”

He then summoned Andy once again. “Find me all the necessary details on these two victims from the made-up chats.”

Benjamin had recalled that throughout the entire accusation, he never met the two victims Alexa had accused him of.

Soon, they approached a restaurant, and as Anthony opened the car door for his young master to walk out, Benjamin was quite stunned as he found that Anthony had brought him to the familiar restaurant.

This is the same high-end restaurant he had brought his grandmother and best friend to come dine on the very day he discovered his true identity.

“Anthony, why have you brought me here?”

Anthony saw the slight displeasure on his young master's face.

“I figured you'd like it here since you've dined here with your grandmother before. This was the place I came to pick you up after dropping you near your campus that day.”

Benjamin raised an eyebrow, ignoring as the soldiers also came

That same night, that waiter lost his job as the restaurant's manager, revealing that the assumed pauper was actually a big deal to this restaurant. That waiter had lost his job that very night. As for the waitresses who had supported the waiter in humiliating that customer, they were demoted and punished as well.In truth, this receptionist was not there to witness everything that happened that night. He had actually heard about it from his coworkers as the issue had become a big topic within the restaurant. None of them have ever seen their manager that angry before.Since the receptionist had only seen Benjamin's face through the low-quality facial footage that the restaurant's CCTV cameras provided, he didn't know exactly what Benjamin’s face looked like. Now that he was staring at the incredibly rich young man in front of him, it was difficult for this reception to reconcile the two faces.Yet, the receptionist knew better than to foolishly offend someone just because he couldn't

I called you in here to do your job, not stare creepily at the customers.”Hassan Corey stiffened slightly at these words of accusations. “I wasn't……” He was immediately cut off.“Don't lie to me, you lowy cleaner!” The female guide suddenly became a bit oppressive with Hassan. “Aren’t you shameless? Trying to flirt with the customers.”Benjamin and Anthony exchanged a look. They didn't expect such a situation to unfold so suddenly. Why was the guide humiliating Corey right in front of them? It seemed quite professional.Benjamin has another suspicion. This guide didn't like Corey Hassan for some reason and she's trying to get him fired by hopefully ruling him up.Meanwhile, Hassan looked like he was taming his anger. “Ma'am, why would you accuse me of such a thing? I have my pride.”“Whatever.” The guide quickly shut him up. “You've done your job, so get out now.”Benjamin could guess that this

To be honest, no one would fault them for not “gearing up,” as he stated. They knew they would only be guarding their young master. None of them anticipated that they suddenly had a long-range shooter on their necks.Benjamin began thinking of who might have sent this assassin after him. His suspicion was strongly on Andrew Tyrone, and yet, he felt like his assumed culprit was a bit off.Meanwhile, Hassan Corey quickly picked up a sound…..well, multiple sounds of screaming followed by gunshots. He turned his gaze to Benjamin.“There's more of them! The attacker shooting from the neighboring building did not come alone! The others are coming up here right now.”Hearing this, everyone went silent immediately, and truly, they could hear the screaming. The gunshots got increasingly loud though.Benjamin gritted his teeth as he heard the screaming of what he assumed were customers and employees of the restaurant alike. He didn't like this at all.“Those fuckers are throwing a psychologica

Benjamin almost chuckled darkly at these words. He was incredibly angry at this point. These bunch of fools were literally bullying him. He couldn't remain at a physical disadvantage. There was a louder bang on the door this time “Yo, you fucking piece of shit!” The masculine voice now carried a pissed-off tone. “Open the fucking door or else, you will suffer a more painful death! If you comply now, a quick bullet through your fucking brains will be all you get.”Anthony could see that the former security guard of Sunspot Estate, Corey Hassan, was out of commission. The man was doing his best to not make any noticeable sound while battling the pain of having a bullet shot through his arm. Also, he was still bleeding heavily, so he had his other hand clamped tightly in the hole, trying to reduce his rate of blood loss. The driver turned to Benjamin as he whispered. “Young Master, do you have any plans?!”Benjamin glanced out the broken window. He would have made a move right now if

Benjamin raised his hand and backhanded the assassin leader right across the face. The sound was a testament to how much strength he had put into his strike.Everyone watched as the assassin leader's face was forced to the side, a bold hand imprint quickly becoming apparent. As the assassin leader turned his face back to Benjamin, there was a trail of blood escaping the corner of his lips.“I'll ask you one more time.” Benjamin maintained a lazy pose that still gave off a domineering aura. “Who sent you?”The assassin's leader was furious but helpless. Plus, he was just finding out exactly why his employers had hired him to kill this target. This young man was anything but ordinary.“G…..Go fuck yourself!” The assassin leader cursed internally as he had involuntarily stuttered through what should have been a confident retort. The other two assassins also picked up on their leader's stutter and they began feeling fear as they could tell the usually confident assassin was scared of thi

Anthony fiercely held the lieutenant's stare.“And do you want to test Master Hunter's response when he finds out that you disobeyed his grandson's direct orders in such a time like this?”The insinuation of Anthony's accusation was enough to strike fear into the lieutenant. Nothing was more blasphemous than to be found disrespecting members of the Whiteridge family. This, as a result, infuriated Jason Coal, and he aimed a fist at Anthony's face.“Enough!” Benjamin’s voice became cold. “Lieutenant, if you make that move, consider yourself no longer welcome under my command. Do I make myself clear?”Jason Coal held his balled fists mere inches away from Anthony's unflinching gaze.It was as if the driver was showing the lieutenant and his soldiers that he had never really been scared of them, but had rather avoided them out of respect for the status quo that existed with the Whiteridge family. This realization, as much as it angered Lieutenant Jason, made him also feel a stronger level

A lot of customers had died from those assassins terrorizing the building. A lot of waiters and waitresses had died as well. There were now police officers seeking to carry out an investigation, but with the influence of the Whiteridge family, the restaurant manager assured Benjamin that his name would not be mentioned in the investigation at all.Benjamin awarded the man over $100 million to discreetly compensate both the families of the dead customers and the dead employees. Isaac Shawl didn't know what to say. He had never expected that some kind of investigation, especially one that went this deep, was carried out. Back then, the influence of the Tyrone family had been utilized to bribe police stations in that vicinity from carrying out any investigation until they were ordered to do so by the Tyrone family. This was, of course, to make sure the public and, most importantly, the tenants who were being fooled to blame Benjamin for the explosion never found any evidence that would lead them away from the desired target.Isaac Shawl raised an eyebrow at Principal Dice.“What is this? Did you carry out an investigation behind my back or what?”Principal Dice feigned an innocent kind of confusion.“Huh? I didn't know I was supposed to get your permission to look into a case of arson.”Isaac Shawl was a little lost for words but he continued.“Yeah, but you're not a law enforcement agent either. What gave you the right to hold an investigation?! Especially o

I, along with so many of my people, did not finish beyond the scope of middle school. I'm afraid you'll have to elaborate on this.”“Oh, alright.” Principal Dice nodded with a tight-lipped smile before pulling the document back toward him with two fingers.“Landlord Shawl, this document reveals that there was a heavy trace of chlorine trifluoride that indicates, at highest probability, to be the gas which was used to cause the explosion in the first place.”Principal Dice glanced up at the landlord. “Is that right?”Isaac Shawl's gaze shifted from side to side, his eyes refl

He was about to be taken along with everybody when the police received words from their superior.According to the call, Principal Dice had called in a favor - he needed to talk to the old landlord before he was taken to the police station. As for the rest of the protesters, the police were allowed to take them away first, and Mr. Isaac would be sent to join them behind bars later. Now, the old man sat in his seat with a squared shoulder, worried that Benjamin would suddenly lunge and attack him. The seats they were occupying were not very far from each other. The old man recalled Benjamin's gaze after watching his girl

A couple of minutes later, the video came to an end. The holographic screen went blank before it faded to reveal Andy's holographic bald head once again.“And that concludes all gathered visual pieces of evidence of File Arson.” Though these words were supposed to be spoken with a much lighter tone to relieve the sadness in the atmosphere, Andy couldn't make it as convincing as he should have.It was like the AI assistant itself was finding it hard to o pretend like it hadn't just played the worst video possible right now. Andy had just displayed a video that contained key moments in how the true arson at Benjamin’s former home had truly taken place. In the series of videos, it is revealed that a bunch of masked men had snuck into the one-room apartment that Benjamin grew up in, raised by his foster grandmother, Theresa. Here, these masked men carried a sizable tank into that apartment. Even more so, she felt the sturdy muscles that rippled beneath every movement of that body part, despite the thick layer of clothes Benjamin had on.This young man wasn't really incredibly handsome, he was incredibly fit as well. She accepted this considering the fact that Benjamin had held that muscular culprit by the neck with such incredible strength just a moment ago.Benjamin was oblivious to the secretary's state of mind, agreeing with her words for him to take this chance and leave.Benjamin turned to Olivia. “I think you should go stay with April. He couldn't move, just kneeling on the ground as he stared at his fake girlfriend with shocked eyes.It was safe to say that the world had faded out of his awareness as he focused solely on the unconscious lady. Hearing this, Max smiled proudly with a head nod to convey his understanding. As for the two ladies, they were tearing up at varying degrees, having never met such a handsome man with such an overbearing aura but acting with such meticulous protectiveness when it came to the people he cared about.“Haba haba!” Olivia fanned herself while batting her eyes at Benjamin, conveying how flustered she was. “Just when I think you couldn't get more attractive with your show of masculinity, you prove me wrong.”Benjamin didn't reply to Olivia, turning to face Lieutenant Jason and his team of soldiers.“As for you guys, I know you'll resort to fircecwadikt if that means that I'm kept out of harm's way. And in that kind of situation, the chances of you hurting the protesters are high.
