The security guard remained skeptical of Travis.

Travis’s demeanor and tone gave the impression that he harbored a personal grudge against Mr. Sinclair. Moreover, he didn’t appear to match the caliber of individuals who usually met with the boss.

Travis, observing the guard’s uncertainty, tilted his head and let out a light chuckle. He nodded as if acknowledging the skepticism. “I guess your boss is too big for the likes of me to meet, huh? Well, guess what, he's way out of my league. Now, do me a favor, tell him that Travis Danforth has requested an audience, if he knows what’s best.”

The security guard chuckled too, shaking his head. “I see. You’ve got some nerve, Mr. Danforth, claiming that my boss is beneath you. You?” He laughed, still finding Travis’s audacity rather intriguing.“I’ve met plenty of people in my time, but none quite like you. You’re something else.”

Travis observed the guard’s laughter and let out a resigned sigh.
