At the Bloom family estate, Joanna took her seat before Madame Emma in her office, her posture resolute, fully prepared to weather whatever scolding and insults might come her way. Addressing her grandmother, she began, "I've come here because I believe there are several matters we should discuss, Grandma."

Madame Emma acknowledged Joanna's presence with a nod of agreement. "When I learned that you were here," she remarked, "I couldn't help but think it's high time you arrived. Now, tell me, why, I must inquire, have you been deliberately ignoring my calls? Isn't that a bit disrespectful?"

Joanna blinked, her gaze briefly dropping before returning to meet her grandmother's stern eyes. She responded with candor, "I chose not to answer your calls because I wasn't emotionally prepared to engage in those discussions. I understand what has been weighing on your mind, but I needed some time before delving into those conversations."
