Chapter 5

[Scanning, health detected...]

[I can only give you 5% health value. Now you can move freely, but remember, don't do things that will make the Host's body dangerous because I only relieve the Host's pain and can't nourish the Host's body just like that]

"This is more than enough!" Nelson said excitedly and began to move his hand gently, and sure enough, the pain in his hand had begun to disappear.

"Ah, I can finally walk like this," Nelson said in amazement as he could now stand on his own two feet because the doctor had told him that his legs were relatively weak and he would have to use a wheelchair for a while.

"The scars are still there, but that's okay," Nelson continued as he reflected in the small mirror in his hospital room.

[The scars will disappear over time with increased health value]

"Good," Nelson muttered happily.

Nelson walked out of the hospital and already had a car waiting for him to take him to his nightclub.

"Wow, a nightclub this fancy is going to be mine?" said Nelson in awe. After passing the security check, the man could enter his club.

"Hey, did you invite anyone else?" asked the man named Jack while looking at Nelson, standing not far from where he and his friends were sitting.

"Who else? Isn't it just the three of us here, and we need to wait for Ben to open the special room?" replied the other man in a confused tone, but Jack quickly pointed his finger at Nelson.

"Shit, how dare that poor guy be here?" replied Marcell, the man who answered Jack's question earlier.

"You're right. We better approach him because he probably came here because none of the companies would accept him, so the stupid man decided to become a waiter here."

Marcell's words suddenly made his colleagues laugh. Now, the three men walked over to Nelson.

"Nelson, what are you doing here? Don't tell me you want to sell yourself here?" Jack immediately greeted Nelson with insults, and his friends, of course, laughed at his words that were so demeaning to Nelson.

"Watch your language, Jack; why would I work at my nightclub anyway?" replied Nelson in a cocky tone.

"This nightclub is yours? Hahaha, you're too good at making jokes!" Marcell laughed amusedly at Nelson's answer.

"Don't tell me at this hour you've already started taking drugs, so your hallucinations are huge?" taunted another man named Arthur.

"Don't say nonsense!" snapped Nelson, starting to get angry.

"Hahaha, did you hear what this ugly guy said?" Jack continued to laugh at Nelson's insults regardless of Nelson's growing anger.

"Never mind. Look at his red face; he looks like he wants to cry. Too bad there's no milk here."

"Hahaha, do I have to ask Ben for a favour so he can special order milk for our friend?"

Hearing his former coworker's insults, Nelson couldn't take it anymore. "I can prove that this club is mine, and if what I say is true, you will never set foot here again!"

"Wow, what's this crowd? Looks like fun," said a man who had just arrived with a cigar in his left hand.

"Ben, you've finally come. Do you mind if we add one more? It seems that Nelson is so eager to experience how good it feels to be in a special room that can only be booked by VVIP guests like you that he claims to be the club owner tonight!" Jack quickly explained what had happened to the man who had just arrived.

"Adding one more person? No problem. I wonder if the owner of this place has changed or not." Ben casually agreed to play along with his friend.

Nelson was silent, the man clenching his fists as his body was dragged forcefully into a particular room that Ben had reserved.

"How is it, Nelson? Are you satisfied? Oh yeah, aren't you not working there anymore, so do you want to apply here?" Ben said in a casual tone while looking at Nelson, who was standing in front of him, even though Ben was already sitting in the chair.

"Ben, don't you feel sorry for our friend? Maybe there's an opening for a gardener at your house?" Marcell said, insulting Nelson even more.

"Not a gardener, how about a toilet cleaner in your house? Your mansion has too many bathrooms?, so I'm sure Nelson would be more useful there, hahaha." Arthur was not to be outdone in making jokes to insult Nelson.

"Stop your nonsense. Better call the manager here!" An exasperated Nelson couldn't contain himself any longer.

"Ben, you better call the manager quickly so that this guy stops his increasingly severe hallucinations," Jack gave Nelson a dull look.

"Calm down, I'll call the manager. He'll be here in a minute," Ben replied as he fiddled with his cell phone to call the club manager.

Meanwhile, Nelson remained standing without wanting to sit in the chair that was still available.

"Welcome, sir!" Not long after Ben made the call, the manager arrived.
