189. The doctor and The Lawyer

As Lekan left the living room, the remaining audience were left in mild shock. They stared at each other, words vanishing from their lips.

And of course, nothing they would have said while have made up for the attitude in the air. Nothing at all.

The lawyer, Mr Awopegba frowned just lightly as he squinted after the leaving shadow of Lekan. He wanted to say something but on second thoughts, he stopped himself. Not like the words were there. He was actually out of things to say.

Never in his career had he come across someone like this. Never for once had he had anyone like this.

It was either the boy had more regard for the properties which was left in his name or he just did not care. That was it. Stuck between the two reasons was the actual thing why he acted this way.

After all, who would just wake up one day and hand their resources to just anyone? This was someone who he hardly knew. And he was sure, it was barely 24hours since he got himself back.
