chapter 4 : Tanley-Town

On the morning of the second day

After walking for a while, a small town appeared in front of Bryan, people were entering the gates and leaving without any searches!

 He entered the city under the eyes of the people around him, he was not surprised that people looked at him, first, he was strange and secondly, his condition resembled a beggar, his upper clothes were torn and his body was covered in blood and dirt, he did not care about people's strange glasses to him, his mind was analyzing his surroundings while looking at clothes The people around it and the different buildings

  "Hmmm! Looking at the houses and people's clothes, it seems that I've moved to a technologically backward world."

 The appearance of a person in front of him put him out of his thoughts, Bryan looks at the person who appeared in front of him, who was like a ninja in his black clothes and the strange mask he was wearing.

Bryan could not sense any strength from the other side, but his instincts told him something different! .

Before the ninja opened his mouth to speak, Bryan said

 "Can you tell me where I can find a doctor!?"

The ninja stared at Brian for a while

"Do the people of this world speak another language or what, but even if that were the case, that ability would have advantages other than crossing through worlds."

Bryan had no problem communicating with people when he first moved and later discovered that he could understand any language and speak it fluently as if it was his mother tongue, of course, all thanks to the ability to travel across worlds.

As Bryan expected, as the ninja understood his words, he removed the sickle-like weapon from his hand and placed it on his back, then said

 "I know one place, but you need to pay for this information. Although I don't judge people by their looks, by your appearance I think you don't have the price for this information. . . ."

 Despite the arrogant ninja's words, the tone of his voice was the opposite

Without hesitation, Bryan stretched his empty palm forward and said

 "I don’t know the currency of this town so tell me how much I can exchange for one coin of pure gold!?"

The ninja put his hand on his chin and said,

"Hmm! You can get about 50 rays, for entering the city you have to pay 12 rays in addition to your order price of 8 rays, for a total of 20 rays."

When the ninja finished speaking, he put his hand in his jacket pocket, then took out several copper coins, counting 30, and put the buffy into his pocket, then stretched out his right palm, waiting for Bryan to take out the gold coin.

"Hmm, ray!!, this is what they call the currency coins  in this world." While Bryan thought about the new information about this world, he stretched out his right palm and spread it out, then said

"Take three gold coins, one for your service, and the rest, I want you to give me Ray coins in its place!"

The ninja looked at him stupidly and then said in an angry tone.

" Are you kidding me !? ,"

Bryan smiled in the face of the wrath of the ninja.

The latter saw his smile and was about to take out a weapon, but he stopped when he saw three golden pieces appear out of the blue on Bryan's palm.

"It really is pure gold! Well, take this..."

After expressing his astonishment about the gold, he took out a small bag and threw it to Bryan, who was curious about the gold ninja's astonishment!

"There are 100 Rays out there..."

Ninja  spoke while playing with the gold coins in his hand

Then he completed his speech, pointing to one of the largest buildings in the city.

 "You'll find what you want in that place..."

The bag disappeared from Bryan's hand after he counted the number of coins and then turned to the side and looked at where the ninja was pointing.

" Thanks for the- . . . "

He turned around to thank the ninja, but there was no one beside him.

 

"Hmmm, he disappeared without me even feeling it, is he strong or  I am the weak one!. . looks like I am the weak one, if I was strong I wouldn’t let Dan die or the Sira family that was my family, I wouldn’t let someone like Rhodes or anyone It was that man who shot them with a pistol to touch a person’s hair... Weakness is a sin, first I need to know why the twins died and why I healed all those wounds!. . ."

After Bryan stood for a while, his mind wandered, thinking about some things.

He got out of his deep thoughts and then started walking toward the hospital.

After ten and a half hours of walking, Bryan was standing in front of the hospital door. One of the guards standing at the door looked at him and said,

"Please come back later, the hospital is closed today!!"

    "Locked! Is he kidding me!?"

Bryan thought while looking at the open door and also heard the voices of people inside

He looked at one of the soldiers who was resting on one of the luxury carriages parked near the hospital

"It seems that the only option is to come back at another time. That person gives me the feeling of being an ant easy to kill !"

He took out a gold coin out of the blue and showed it to the gatekeeper, he said while playing with it

  "Answer a few questions and this coin will be yours."

The guard controlled himself

"I will answer any  questions if I can!"

Bryan nodded and started asking questions

"What is this city called!?"

The guard was surprised by Bryan's strange question, but when he looked at the gold coin in Bryan's hand, he replied

"This city is called Tanley-Town."

Bryan nodded and asked another question

"Where can I find a hotel in this city!?"

The guard looked to the east and gestured with his hand

"Go straight in that direction for about 3 miles and turn left. There you will find a hotel called Bentos. They have great service!"

Bryan nodded again, he wanted to ask more questions and dig a little deeper but didn't want to attract himself.

He threw the gold coin and said,

" thank you"

The guard grabbed the coin with both hands and said while bowing slightly

"Thank you, sir, with these 580 rays I can finally make my dream come true!! "

Bryan who was about to leave stopped after hearing the guard's words and said

"Wait, wait a minute, repeat what you said! Did you say 580 Rays!?"

The guard nodded and said

 "Yes, 580 rays, the price of the gold coin increased by 80 rays this week."

Brian smiled sarcastically and thought as he headed to the hotel that the guard had pointed out to

"Hmm! Looks like I've been tricked!"
