Angelina took a deep breath, her eyes blurred by the fear and trauma that were running through her mind.

The trauma of Sardat's prowess had made her know exactly how manly he was. Her heart trembled as she remembered what Sardat had done. She knew there was no point in forbidding him if Sardat wanted another woman.

After feeding Angelina and asking the woman to rest, he walked with heavy steps towards the room where Gaya was being treated.

The bedroom door opened and Sardat found Gaya with her hands wrapped in bandages and a bruised face, a silent witness to yesterday's cruelty.

Gaya, who had initially averted her gaze, was forced to look at Sardat when Lukas politely greeted the man's arrival.

Sardat pulled out a chair with confident steps and sat down near Gaya's bed. Cold air enveloped the room like an invisible blanket.

"How are you?" Sardat asked in a flat voice, without a glimmer of empathy.
