Josias is meeting with Octavio and Alfred to discuss the new thing he intends to do at Rocha Constructions. Everyone is in the conference room.

“Guys, my plan is as follows.” Josias begins, sitting at the end of the table, “I want to take care of more charitable work, helping the city hall, so Melissa will be at the forefront of our projects.
