THE WORKPLACE Allen had been through life long enough to understand that people hated progress and freedom and he was going to do anything to protect what he had gotten now. Glancing at the old world clock on his wall, Allen realised that he had over one hour left to get to the workplace, and the journey to the workplace was about thirty minutes. He began tidying up the place before he left. Allen lived in a small, old, wretched house on the outskirts of the city. ROLAND ATWOOD Roland, a middle-aged man in his late forties, was a street food seller at the local subway.
