126. “Macy, darling, we are so sorry for everything that we did. Please find it in your heart to forgive us," Mrs Phillips said and Macy just stood there both embarrassed and angry.

She wondered why they had to make a scene even though she had allowed them in.

“We are also thankful that you allowed us to your wedding. Thank you so much darling," her father added.

“Just sit and let us continue," Macy said feeling all embarrassed because there were other people in the hall who weren't family and although it wasn't a secret now after the live broadcast of Angela washing her dirty linen in public that these people had neglected their own daughter and nurtured the one who had killed their own son, she wasn't ready to deal with them.
