* CHAPTER FIFTY

CASTLE OF LANDIÁ

LYDIA'S POV

I light my torch the moment I notice that everyone are asleep. I wait until night as it will be more favorable to what I plan on executing.

I put on my cloak and I throw in my scarf, holding its extension, sticking out from the left side of my face. I don't forget to take the bottle of spirits and slide it into the pocket of my cloak. Pulling off my shoes, I rub my feet as I chant, “lusio!” Silencing my footsteps.

My hand reaches for the torch again and I grab it. I push open my door and I command every torch on the passage to burn out instantly.

After walking through several passages, I arrive at Dimitra’s doorstep. My eyes glare blue light and the door pushes itself in slowly without making any sound.

My eyes meet the bed on which sister Dimitra is laying, and I blow out the lamp sitting on the table beside her bed. I hear her yawn as I approach her cautiously.
