“I think I have to drop you here…,” professor MacPherson said after he had driven the car for about 12 minutes. “It’s alright, professor MacPherson. At least, you will be able to meet up with the appointment,” Mason said.

“You are right; I promise not to stay long,” professor MacPherson said as he gazed at Mason’s face. “Alright, professor; we will be waiting for your return,” Mason said and clutched his briefcase. He opened the door and alighted from the car. Mason faced leftwards and started hiking home.

Professor MacPherson wound up the glasses and started the car. He glimpsed at the dashboard, controlled the steering wheel and the car moved away gently.

When Professor MacPherson got to the front of the uncompleted building, he gazed at his wristwatch and said, “It’s 5:12 pm already.” He removed his pair of eyeglasses from his briefcase, put on the eyeglasses and opened the door.
