The squeaking sound of wheels from the gurney in the refrigerator fills the autopsy room. The refrigerator with a capacity of fifteen bodies had been there for a long time, for about ten years it wouldn't be strange if it started to need repairs.

Sam tilted his head to look at the contents of the gurney, he frowned, there was no corpse as he informed, just a round object covered by a white sheet.

“You said there was a new body in? So?” Sam asked.

Emma pulled her lips, removing the white cloth covering the slightly round object. Sam was stunned, whether, from shocked horror or confusion, his reaction was always the same.

“Um, a-head? Just this? Where's the body?" Sam asked looking around him.

"Yeah, just the head, this is what was found for now"

Sam saw the cut from the head to the neck near the shoulder, quite neat as if it had been cut instantly. The blood had stopped and the head looked more like a Halloween prop than a real human head.
