Third Person POV

Sylvie's physique was deteriorating and her hair was going grey as she approached death. Her parents were becoming increasingly concerned about their daughter's survival. While they were sitting on the corridor beach, Reed, Matteo, and Professor Beth came sprinting towards them.

"How is she, Peter?" Matteo inquired of Sylvie's father. As a powerless father, he stood from his chair, suppressing his frustration.

"What will she be like? Despite my caution, you two met and continued your relationship. Her skin is beginning to sag, and her hair is beginning to grey "With agony in his voice, he said. Matteo was disgusted with himself and pressed his eyes to the ground. If he had been in his place, he would not have known how to respond to a father.

He would have loathed and cursed him then as well. They switched their sight to the window where Sylvie could be seen. Her chest rose and fell quickly, as if she was having trouble breathing.

"What is going on with her?" Matteo
