106: Cooperation

The leader's office was simple and unadorned—a large desk with a computer and a phone, wooden sofas and chairs, a shelf filled with books and files, and a few paintings on the walls that Willy didn't particularly like.

"Everyone, leave us. Willy, you stay, and Silas stays too," the leader commanded.

"Yes, sir!" 

Even Black Wolf, the leader’s personal bodyguard, exited the office, standing guard outside.

"Willy, let's discuss how we're going to collaborate," the leader asked eagerly.

"How about we stick with the same arrangement as before? I’ll provide the core components for the flying vehicles. You can determine their speed, and your team can handle the weaponization. In return, you manufacture 50,000 shells for the flying vehicles each month. My team will provide the design blueprints and specifications for the shells, of course. As for the costs, we can offset them as part of the deal. What do you think?" Willy suggested,
