Blooming

At the castle, Remina and Alex almost finished the delicious dinner. The princess patted her mouth with a napkin after finishing her meal. She gazed at the hero who was still enjoying the meal and smiled.

“Thank you for coming, Alex,” Remina politely said.

“I should be the one who says that, Princess.” Alex bowed her head after devouring the last chunk of the meal, then continued to say, “it’s an honor to spend a night with you, but I’m afraid I have to leave now. My friends would find me if I came late.”

Remina pouted and looked sad. She refused to believe that her time with Alex should end now. The princess shook her head after thinking of a way to stall the time. “Why don't you stay for a while and accompany me to stroll for a while in the garden nearby? My royal physician says that it's not good to rest directly after eating since the food needs to be digested.”
