The Cure

At the same time, the magic tower construction was still going in the Nousant Kingdom. As the sun rose in the eastern sky, Nousant men woke up from their rest and get prepared for a new day of construction. Early in the morning, the sound of iron clanking and sawing wood filled the air. People were chattering as they worked hard for the tower. Horat and Hector passed the construction and still held a bitter feeling and grudge toward them. The royal advisor’s son seemed displeased seeing the view. He then murmured something, “those simpletons still believe in Alex, aren’t they?”

Hector nodded. Horat glanced at him with a cunning smirk carved on his lips, “say, what do you think about provoking those people again, Hector?”

“Aren’t you tired, Horat? They didn’t even heed our last warning!” Hector looked at his friend with a confused glare.

“This time I know what will convince them,” Horat chuckled, “we’re going to tell those people that the magic tower can affect their cattle and field,
