Elisa wanted to stand up but Der growled at her and she sat back down. Damien and her were seated in a position where all eyes could see them.

For Elisa, it wasn't really a good thing. There was already the rumor that she was dating her boss. If the media gets hold of something like this, it would even be more fatal.

"Do you have any gifts to give them sir? I'll go find some right now. It won't take more than ten minutes. For those ten minutes, the girls could keep parading getting comments and pass from the --"

"I have gifts."

Damien cut her short. He looked away from her at once to the nine girls. Their lips were moving, chatting in gentle voices. They were quite far from where he was, but he could hear them clearly. His hearing ability must have been updated too.

"None of the owners had ever given us gifts."
