The mystery man

"I won't be long."

He stood over the sleeping Wolf. He couldn't take her home. Instead he brought her to the watchtower. Of course he couldn't climb the tree with a wolf seating across his shoulders.

It was like he had known that something like this would happen or a situation like this was bound to be. He had built a small construction off the path which led to the watchtower. That was where he kept the wolf.

He hurried out to the foot of the watchtower and looked around. He saw a bunny and shot an arrow at it. He ran to pick it up. He rushed back to where the wolf was and placed the bunny there.

"I'm not sure when I'd be back. I have a lot to do. A man has to keep working if he doesn't want to become a history while he's still alive."

He couldn't believe that the first person he'd be quoting his Grandpa's favorite quote to was a wolf. His grandpa was a man of wit like many old men. Since the old man couldn't feed him necessities, he
