That afternoon a school bus bearing the 15 Science Class students of Grade 10 drove from the school, its destination being the haunted house in the woods outside of Crimson Springs. No art student had been chosen for the excursion. It was either they were too afraid or some other reason well-known to Pinmaker. As the school bus drove onto the highway the students chosen for the excursion couldn't help but begin to chat among themselves, wondering how the haunted house would look like. When they walked into the sitting room the students couldn't help but hold their breathes. The sitting room was probably the biggest sitting room they had ever seen. Mr. Stark rubbed his eyes and yawned noisily as he sat upright on the chair which he had been seated on since last night. There were several pieces of papers crumbled up on his reading desk, all of them filled with writings and drawings. His face had a tired expression and his whole body was slumped down with fatigue. Don's body could not withstand the tremendous attacks and was instantly reduced into a bloody meatball of shattered bones. More blood dyed the whole place, everywhere becoming filled with the stench of decayed body. But no matter how Don had being punched and his bones destroyed, he didn't fall to the ground and die. It was as if his entire structure wasn't supported by bones. The veins covered Mr. Stark completely, squeezing him into a roll of crimson red pulsing with demonic aura. The faces on the walls and floor all smiled in unison as they saw him being completely swallowed by the veins. By doing this he was going to be transformed into a monster like them—he was going to become a son of Abyss.Mr. Stark who was swallowed up by the veins couldn't breathe again as he struggled for his life all to no avail. The door to the room was suddenly flung open, Miss Pinmaker and the other students filling up the doorway. They had heard the commotion and immediately rushed to ascertain the cause of everything. Strangely there was no one in the room.Seeing this, the whole surrounding suddenly turned eerie and cold as if they had been exposed to the coldness of the night.
