Chapter eleven

Almiron made his way to the university cafeteria, his heart still racing from the encounter with Daxon. He needed to talk to Zayn, to explain everything that had happened and prepare him for the dangers that lay ahead.

As he entered the bustling cafeteria, he spotted Zayn sitting at a table near the window, nursing a cup of coffee. Almiron hurried over, his mind racing with thoughts of how to broach the subject.
