CHAPTER 104-DEMISE

Henry Constantine stood in the living room, his eyes fixed on the man who was his father, but didn't recognize him. Clifford Constantine, a young man in his early thirties, with a confused expression on his face, looked back at Henry.

"Who are you?" Clifford asked, his voice firm but laced with a hint of uncertainty.

Henry took a deep breath, trying to composed himself. He had traveled back in time to 2006, a year that was etched in his memory as a pivotal moment in his father's life. He had to be careful, very careful, if he wanted to change the course of events that led to his father's demise.

"I'm... Henry," he said, trying to sound as normal as possible.

Clifford's eyes narrowed. "I don't know you. What are you doing in my house?"

Henry's heart raced as he struggled to find the right words. He couldn't reveal his true identity, not yet. He had to gain his father's trust, and the only way to do that was to play along.
